| Summary: | Modem building industry and civil engineering have several complicated processes. A building process is built of subprocesses, which all must be controlled. In the future the competition will increase and only those companies that are able to develop their processes to more efficient and customer oriented direction will be among the winners. This presentation will make an overview to modem business re-engineering philosophies and how these can be used to develop building processes and operational management in building industry and civil engineering. |
