This requires improved definition of standard specification and product structure, as well as information handling in design checks. A computer representation of specifications for interactive design use and data exchange is described using theconceptual framework outlined. It is based on symbolic graphical representation of specifications linked to screen windows containing text and computations. Some requirements of a standard for computer representation of specifications are outlined. |
